Translation. This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
The most important part. We only use your data to provide the service: to identify your account, connect and charge your calls, process your top-ups and give you support. We don't record your calls, your contacts never leave your phone and we don't sell your data. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data whenever you want.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for handling your data is CALLPCS E.I.R.L., RUT 76.162.461-K, located at Baquedano 901, Antofagasta, Chile, which provides the service under the Voznet brand.
For any question about your data, write to us at ventas@voznet.cl (subject "Datos personales") or on WhatsApp at +56 55 253 9432.
We handle your data according to Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life (Chilean data protection law) and, once it comes into force, Law 21.719, which amends it.
2. What data we handle

What we DO NOT handle:
- We don't record or listen to your calls.
- Your contacts are not sent to our servers. If you give permission, the app reads the contacts on your phone only to show them to you and so you can call from there.
- We don't read your SMS, photos or other files on your phone. We only receive the files you attach for support.
- We don't use your GPS location.
3. What we use your data for
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Create your account, verify the number is yours (SMS code) and give you access. | Performing the service contract. |
| Connect your calls, calculate their cost and deduct it from your balance. | Performing the contract. |
| Process top-ups and payments, and issue tax documents. | Contract and legal obligation. |
| Give you support and respond to complaints. | Contract. |
| Send you service notices (balance, top-ups, changes to rates or terms, mandatory updates). | Contract. |
| Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized use of your account. | Legitimate interest and legal obligation. |
| Improve the quality of the audio and the app, using technical data. | Legitimate interest. |
| Send you Voznet promotions. | Legitimate interest or your consent. You can object whenever you want. |
| Comply with requests from courts or authorities. | Legal obligation. |
We don't make decisions about you based only on automated processing that significantly affect you. The exception is automatic security blocks, such as too many SMS code attempts, which you can always ask a person to review.
4. Who we share your data with
We don't sell or rent your data. We only share it with those we need to provide the service. All of them use it on our behalf and with confidentiality obligations:
- Phone carriers, national and international, that complete your calls. They receive the number called and the technical data of the call.
- SMS sending provider, to send you the access code.
- Google Firebase, for app notifications.
- Payment platforms (Flow, Transbank/Webpay, Mercado Pago) and banks, to process and verify your payments.
- Mobile top-up providers, to apply the top-up with the destination carrier.
- Infrastructure providers (servers and hosting).
- Related companies that run our top-up locations and top-up collections, only with the data needed for the top-up you requested.
- Authorities and courts, only when the law requires it or by a legal order.
5. Transfers outside Chile
Some providers are outside Chile, for example, Google Firebase notifications and the international carriers that complete your calls abroad. In those cases, data leaves the country only as much as needed to provide the service you requested, such as completing a call to another country. We choose providers that offer an adequate level of protection.
6. How long we keep your data
- Your account data: while the account is active.
- Call, top-up and payment records: for the time required by tax and consumer laws (up to 6 years) and as long as needed to handle complaints.
- Support messages: up to 2 years after the last conversation.
- Technical logs from the app and the website: up to 12 months.
When those periods end, or when you ask to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data. We only keep what the law requires us to keep.
7. How we protect your data
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the app, the website and our servers.
- We only store an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of SMS codes, and we limit attempts to stop anyone from guessing your code.
- Your session is stored encrypted on your phone.
- Access to data is restricted to the people who need it for their work, and we keep backups.
No system is 100% secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you and the authority, as required by law.
8. Your rights
You can exercise these rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: know what data we have about you and how we use it.
- Correction: fix incorrect or outdated data. You can also edit your profile in the app.
- Deletion (cancellation): ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: object to certain uses, such as promotions.
- Portability: receive your data in a commonly used format.
- Blocking: ask us to temporarily stop using your data while a request is being resolved.
How to request it:
- Write to us at ventas@voznet.cl or on WhatsApp at +56 55 253 9432, from your Voznet number or including it.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example, with an SMS code, so we don't give your data to someone else.
- We respond within the time limits set by law.
- If you are not satisfied, you can go to the data protection authority or the courts.
9. How to delete your account and your data
You can delete your Voznet account and your data whenever you want. There are two ways to do it:
- From the app: go to Profile and tap Delete my account.
- On WhatsApp: message us at +56 55 253 9432 with your Voznet number. We'll ask you to confirm that you're the account holder.
We process it within 7 business days at most.
- What is deleted: your name, your email, your region and city, and your sign-in data.
- What is kept, locked: the payment and call records required by law (section 6).
- Any remaining balance is non-refundable.
See the details at voznet.cl/eliminar-cuenta.
If you only want to remove the app's data from your phone, just sign out or uninstall the app.
10. Cookies on voznet.cl
The website uses cookies it needs to work, such as for the shopping cart, payment and security. With your permission, it may also use analytics cookies to know which pages are visited. You can accept them, reject them or change your choice in the cookie notice, or delete them from your browser. The app does not use advertising cookies.
11. Minors
Voznet is intended for people over 18. If a minor uses the service, they must do so with the permission and under the responsibility of their father, mother or legal guardian. If we find that we got data from a minor without that permission, we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we make an important change to this policy, we will notify you through the app or by email before the change takes effect. The current version, with its date, is always at voznet.cl/politica-de-privacidad.
